When opcode PCM_OP_SUBSCRIPTION_SHARING_GROUP_MODIFY is used to add members to sharing group, the provided PIN_FLD_END_T is not propagated as effective_t field in group_t .

- Create two accounts (A and B) with service type /service/telco/gsm/telephony; use a dummy plan here with no Deals. In the input flist pass the below end_t as T1:
- Check effective modification time of SG (SELECT effective_t FROM group_t WHERE poid_id0=<SG poid>).
Expected result :
Query (SELECT effective_t FROM group_t WHERE poid_id0=<SG Poid>) should return T1.
Actual result :
Query (SELECT effective_t FROM group_t WHERE poid_id0=<SG Poid>) returns PVT.
