Unable to Open Safety Document From Safety Documents View of Work Agenda (Doc ID 1384223.1)

Symptoms

 

This document applies to the Motif version of the Oracle Network Management System (NMS) application in releases prior to NMS 1.11.0


When selecting the Open button on the Safety Documents List, the Safety tool does not always appear.  Safety does work if you create a document from the Control Tool.

The issue is that the Open button should bring up the Safety Document.
