Catalogue Number Is Not Appearing In Eu Device Vigilance Final Form (Doc ID 1384277.1)

Symptoms

Catalogue number is not appearing in EU Device Vigilance Final Form. The case form has information in the catalog field (Product > Device Information Section) but this does not show in the form.

Steps to Repeat:
1. Login to the Argus application
2. Create a device case and enter information in the device information > catalog field
3. Click on Draft reports and generate a draft EU device vigilance form - final
4. Note that catalogue number is not printed in section 6 - Medical device information
