Customer on Project Manufacturing Planning
Reservation level = Planning group
Hard pegging level = Project-Task
Lot for lot = cleared (not ticked)

Order modifiers ignored for hard pegged items

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.A hard pegged item is set up with a Fixed Lot Multiplier in Organization item window in a project manufacturing  organization
2.A forecast is created for same item with project and task
3. A project ASCP plan is run for this item that should recommend a planned order.
4. ASCP does suggest a planned order but the planned order quantity does not respect the fixed lot multiplier
