Java.Lang.Nullpointerexception Error While Login to OFSAA

Symptoms

When attempting to login to Infrastructure application after applying 7.2.10 service pack, the following error occurs.

Error:
java.lang.NullPointerException

Catalina.out shows:

Steps:
1. Applied Service Pack 7.2.10 on top of working 7.2.9 environment
2. Login to Infrastructure and receive the above error.
