Unable To Delete The First Row Of Repeating Question Group That Has An Indicator Question (Doc ID 1384532.1)

Symptoms

The first record in a repeat question can't be deleted if the DCM has been defined with a Indicator Question and Conditional Block.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
-----------------------------
1. Create a question group with at least 2 questions. One of them based on a DVG.
2. Create a DCM based on the question group created in the previous step. Make sure the question based on the DVG is defined as a Indicator question. Define the question group as Repeating Question. Generate the DCM Layout.
3. Create a DCI based on the DCM created in the previous step. Generate the DCI Layout.
4. Include the DCI in a DCI Book.
5. Connect to RDC Onsite
6. Open the CRF related with the DCI created previously.
7. Enter Data, at least 2 records in the repeating question. Save.
8. Try to delete the first row of the repeating question. Nothing happens.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR:
----------------------------
First repeat question can be deleted.
