Network processor fails to start with "conflicted cartridge name(s)" error (Doc ID 1384609.1)

Symptoms

The customer tried to startup the Network Processor but it kept failing after a install of the Network Processor using IPSA5.2.4 patch 14

The networkprocessor.log file shows the following error:

java.lang.Exception: Detected 1 conflicted cartridge name(s). See logs for further details. Network processor will exit now.
