Event Death Details/Autopsy Done? Field Autopopulates When No Death Details Have Been Provided (Doc ID 1384757.1)

Some cases migrated from Argus Safety version 4.1 SP3 to version 6.0.1 have no corresponding record in the CASE_DEATH table.  When these cases are opened and the Patient tab is clicked, a record is created in the Event Death Details section with "Autopsy Done?" set to "UNK" (see below).  In addition, when the case is saved, a record is created in the CASE_DEATH table.  This causes issues when reporting to health authorities if the patient has not expired.
