Case Data Analysis Report Show Garbled Japanese Values (Doc ID 1385992.1)

Symptoms

The Case Data Analysis Report shows garbled Japanese values on both
'Data' and 'Chart' Report Display Type.

How to Reproduce:
  1. Log in to Argus Safety as Argus J User type.  All the menu should be displayed in Japanese.
  2. Select
    1. Reports
    2. Aggregate Reports
    3. Case Data Analysis menu (again displayed in Japanese)
    4. Set:
      1. Row 1:Product Name (J)
      2. Column 1:Event Preferred Term (J)
      3. Report Display Type:Data
      4. Range:This Year
    5. Print.
    6. Note: Japanese characters in the Row labels are garbled.
    7. Change Row 1 setting to any (J) value, and execute Print.
    8. Note: Japanese characters in the Row labels are garbled.
    9. Change 'Report Display Type' from Data to Chart.
    10. Print.
    11. Note; Again, all of the Japanese characters in the graph labels are garbled.

Changes

This is a new requirement to support Japanese print-out for stand-alone CDA
reports.

Note: CDA configuration interface and CDA reports attached to
Periodic Reports have not been converted, do not support Japanese, and are
not in scope of this issue.
