Case Data Analysis Report Show Garbled Japanese Values

Symptoms
The Case Data Analysis Report shows garbled Japanese values on both'Data' and 'Chart' Report Display Type.
How to Reproduce:
- Log in to Argus Safety as Argus J User type. All the menu should be displayed in Japanese.
- Select
- Reports
- Aggregate Reports
- Case Data Analysis menu (again displayed in Japanese)
- Set:
- Row 1:Product Name (J)
- Column 1:Event Preferred Term (J)
- Report Display Type:Data
- Range:This Year
- Print.
- Note: Japanese characters in the Row labels are garbled.
- Change Row 1 setting to any (J) value, and execute Print.
- Note: Japanese characters in the Row labels are garbled.
- Change 'Report Display Type' from Data to Chart.
- Print.
- Note; Again, all of the Japanese characters in the graph labels are garbled.
Changes
This is a new requirement to support Japanese print-out for stand-alone CDAreports.
Note: CDA configuration interface and CDA reports attached to
Periodic Reports have not been converted, do not support Japanese, and are
not in scope of this issue.
