When Feeding e-Commerce Invoiced Sales into RMS for a Store, How Is Inventory Deducted from the Warehouse?

We are trying to create an e-Commerce store for each division. We need to know how the inventory is deducted from the warehouse at the same time.
e-Commerce Sales come in through Oracle Retail Merchandising System (RMS).
First there is the demand sale at the e-Commerce store.
Then there is an invoice sale when inventory is shipped out of the warehouse.
The question is how to deduct the inventory from the warehouse at the time that the inventory is shipped.
(We are NOT using the Oracle Warehouse Management System (WMS). Inventory is shipped out of a completely different system.)
Inventory comes directly out of the warehouse associated with that store. The store is a non-inventory holding store.
