Reports Are Waiting For Acknowledgement From The Recipient - Time Out For Message Id (Doc ID 1386186.1)

Symptoms

User gets email repeatedly from the Argus application server on daily basis stating that the reports are awaiting acknowledgment for an old report for which user has already received the ACK. User wants the application server to stop sending these messages. Email contains the following information.

Subject: Reports are waiting for acknowledgement from the recipient - Time out for Message ID [ 55]

This mail has been sent by the system to notify that the following reports are waiting for acknowledgement

Transmit Date(GMT): [10/21/2009 1:07:51 PM]
Message Number : [55]
Receiver : [ZCS60]
AE Case Number : [00727]
E2b Company Number: [US-CS511-000035]
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

How can I do in order to solve the issue and not receive any more this message?. I went to the case and I cannot see any pending report sent in this date.
