Reports Are Waiting For Acknowledgement From The Recipient - Time Out For Message Id (Doc ID 1386186.1)

User receives emails from the Argus application server daily stating that the reports are awaiting acknowledgment for an old report for which user has already received the ACK. How can one stop the application server from sending these messages. Email contains the following information:

Subject: Reports are waiting for acknowledgement from the recipient - Time out for Message ID [ 55]

This mail has been sent by the system to notify that the following reports are waiting for acknowledgement

Transmit Date(GMT): [10/21/2009 1:07:51 PM]
Message Number : [55]
Receiver : [ZCS60]
AE Case Number : [00727]
E2b Company Number: [US-CS511-000035]

You reviewed the case and could not find any pending reports sent on this date.

What must be done to discontinue these messages?
