Issue With End User Locations And Names (Doc ID 1386418.1)

Symptoms


OBF EULs are not correctly updating or displaying in MetaSolv on the SALI page of ASR's. Duplicate addresses are being created when they shouldn't be and we are not able to search for new names added.

The address and EUNAME should remain the same, NEW EU name with that same address.

We need to be able to search for existing End Users in the ASR (which use the OBF structured format) We also need to make sure the existing EU locations are not being overwritten unless specified by the pop up selection
