How to Setup Proxy Authentication (ProxyAuth) for IMAP

Information in this document applies to any platform.
Proxy authentication allows a store administrator to connect to a user's mailbox as if they are that user and issue IMAP commands as them.
We'll find out how to configure proxy authentication to IMAP using the non-standard ProxyAuth command and the SASL PLAIN standard.
