Goal
APS Collections Refresh Snapshot Thread errors out even after applying the solution from documents
'Data Collection Completes With ORA-12008: Error In Materialized View Refresh Path [Doc ID 1284534.1]'
and
'ORA-08002: Sequence MRP_AP_REFRESH_S.CURRVAL Is Not Yet Defined In This Session [Doc ID 1291864.1]'.
This is after running the db upgrade from 11.1.0.7.0 to 11.2.0.3.0 in a development instance -
Log file shows:
ORACLE error 12008 in FDPSTP
Cause: FDPSTP failed due to ORA-12008: error in materialized view refresh path
ORA-08002: sequence MRP_AP_REFRESH_S.CURRVAL is not yet defined in this session
ORA-06512: at "APPS.MRP_SN_ODR_LINES_T2", line 7
