No CCR Update For 60 Minutes And Wrong CC-Time In Term CCR

In a system with configuration of no CCR (Credit Control Request) sent on call connected in the IMOCF and CC-Time = 60, 2 problems have occurred:
1) No CCR Update is sent after 60 second while the call in progress.
2) When the call is ended, the CCR Termination contains wrong CC-Time value.
