Symptoms

Users are not able to make the UMTS calls with the following rror in the log:

2011-11-17 19:08:25,810 ERROR [ACTIVE] ExecuteThread: '21' for queue: 'weblogic.kernel.Default (self-tuning)' ProxyManagerImpl - Error sending event:


and it happens because of exception:

oracle.axia.api.eventbroker.PublishEventException:
oracle.axia.api.eventbroker.EventBrokerException: Queue full at size: 10
