After purging workorders, the Order Id was reset to 1

In OSM 7.0.3, if you stop WLS and purge all the work orders.
Then, You restart WLS and provision a workorder. You may notice that the order_id was reset to 1.
This has a high impact on OSM because after the order Id is reset to 1, when we try to create an order id we receive the following error:
