ccsAccount Creates Subscribers Without Wallets Due to Missing Parameter (Doc ID 1389244.1)

Symptoms

When trying to create subscribers using ccsAccount, the subscriber is created on the SMS but the related wallet is not created on the VWS.

The command used is:

 
where the file numbers.txt contains the list of MSISDNs to be created.

The result will be creating the subscriber on the SMS, but no wallet is created to be linked the subscriber.

Querying the subscriber in Screens will show that the subscriber is created, but when checking the "Wallets" screen in the Subscriber details shows that no wallet is created.
