Symptoms
When creating or upgrading a P6 EPPM database to r8.2 or later using dbsetup.bat (or .sh if running on non-windows), the following error occurs:
ERROR -------------- Error in Run SQL Script orpm_tables.sql: DatabaseToolException (ORA-00902: invalid datatype)
Note: The same issue will occur when creating the database manually and executing the orpm_tables.sql script. When creating the LOCATION table, the following error occurs:
geo_location SDO_GEOMETRY NULL, * ERROR at line ###: ORA-00902: invalid datatype
