Symptoms

The following error occurs when attempting to install the MetaSolv Solution application on a client machine using the ZAC installation method.

Fatal error occurred before log file could be created. Please contact system administrator. Path not found

Changes

The zac_config_{APP}.xml file's <mss_home> element value was changed from the default value of "c:\MSS" to include a sub-directory.
