An Example of Dispatcher Shift Search Results Using "Logged On Date" As Filter
(Doc ID 1389692.1)
Last updated on OCTOBER 07, 2019
Applies to:
Oracle Utilities Mobile Workforce Management - Version 2.0.1.5 and laterInformation in this document applies to any platform.
Goal
The following actions are taken when using Dispatcher Shift Search with a "Logged On Date" as filter:1. Logon Dispatcher "A" at day 1, do not disconnect him
2. Logon Dispatcher "B" at day 2, do not disconnect him
3. Select "Dispatcher Shift" option from "main menú / resourse management" menu.
4. Logged On Date = day 2 and press refresh.
In the result set, "A" and "B" dispatchers are displayed. I expect only only "B" dispatcher should be displayed. Is this correct? What is the logic of this search?
('Dispatcher Shift Search' is the only available Dispatcher Shift Search Query Option. No Query Zones have been modified.)
