Error When Running ThirdPartyStockCountParser.sh Batch Using Sample Input File Example from SIM Operations Guide (Doc ID 1389801.1)

Goal

The following error is received when running the ThirdPartyStockCountParser.sh batch using the sample input file from the Operations Guide.  Why is this happening when the stock count set up for the stock count ID in the input file is verified to be correct?

Error:

2011-12-27 23:50:29,974 INFO [main][batchjob.ThirdPartyStockCountParserJob] Processing file name: storeitem.txt
2011-12-27 23:50:30,686 INFO [main][batchjob.ThirdPartyStockCountParserJob] Exception from third party processing.: Error from call third_party_stockcount.third_party_parser(?,?,?,?,?): Invalid store stock count. Stock count for store 1521 is not a valid Third Party Stock Count.
2011-12-27 23:50:30,686 ERROR [main][batchjob.ThirdPartyStockCountParserJob] Exception from third party processing: oracle.retail.sim.closed.common.SimServerException: Error from call third_party_stockcount.third_party_parser(?,?,?,?,?): Invalid store stock count. Stock count for store 1521 is not a valid Third Party Stock Count.
