How to check problems in ASCP Demantra Supply Download Plan (Doc ID 1389807.1)

This document is intended to help when problems are encountered with DOWNLOAD SUPPLY PLAN workflow.

Troubleshooting Download Plan and Load Scenario Data Processes Bringing Data From ASCP Plans Into Demantra <Note 1355436.1>

Supply plan data is only downloaded for only two types of items - End Items (Items having independent forecast) or Buy Items.
To generate planning data at customer, customer_site levels: info can be provided by "sales order demand" to the plan; Check Input forecast; Check the export data profile to have customer or site level included. Without these levels in the data profile the denorm table columns SR_SHIP_TO_LOC_ID, SR_CUSTOMER_ID will not populated. Hence the ASCP plan will not populate the msc_demands columns (customer_id, customer_site_id). Consequently, there will be no info about these levels in biio_other_plan_data table also.
