Sub-Tab Worksheet Level Filter is not in Sync with the Main Worksheet when Using 'Open With' (Doc ID 1390362.1)

Users are trying to get an embedded worksheet to be in sync with the primary worksheet.
The Option 'Sync Automatically' is turned on.
The embedded worksheet is linked to the Primary worksheet via the Promotion_id level.

When the User chooses one of the promotion_ids in the Primary worksheet the embedded worksheet is showing data that is not related to or even a part of the promotion_id.

Expect the embedded worksheet to Automatically be in Sync with main worksheet.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create Main worksheet with "Open with Context".
2. Create embedded worksheet for the main worksheet that is linked by Promotion.
3. Open the Main worksheet using the "Open with Context"
4. Click on one of the Promotions.
5. The embedded worksheet is not in sync with the main worksheet.

The issue has the following business impact:
Cannot work with the embedded worksheets when using the Open with Context functionality.
