The issue is related to Objectel performance.
When creating a circuit that pass through a network, all network elements that are assigned to the network are loaded into Objectel Client. So, when the user is going to select their Network to pass the circuit through, all network elements are loaded and it takes several minutes to load them.

The steps to create the issue are:
1- Create a circuit between two equipments included in a network that has more than 1000 functional equipments;
2- In the Query Facility Filter Window select the network mentioned in step 1.

Results: it will consume more than 5 minutes to load all equipments. If the network increases its functional equipment number, the amount of time is exponentially increased.
