Symptoms

Submitting OCDA_PLS_LEVEL2_FACT_PRG manually, it fails on one of the child programs
OCDA_INFA_Stdy_Enrlmnt_Pln_SIL_PRG with the following error message:

Error Code: -2299:: Error Description: ORA-02299: cannot validate (CDR_WB_1C2ED09F.T473340111_3__UK) - duplicate keys found
ORA-06512: at "APPS.CDR_EXE_RUNTIME", line 7531
ORA-01403: no data found::2:


Changes

Upgrade OCDA 2.0 to 2.0.0.3
