This document describes how a subscriber can have data traffic redirected to a 3rd Party or to a certain URL free of charge when the data credit has been used using Diameter Control Agent (DCA) from the Oracle Communications Network Charging and Control (OCNCC) application.

For example, a subscriber could be redirected to a web page to propose a top up of the account.
