Error: "SQL string is not a DML Statement" And P6 EPPM Logging No Longer Gets Written To P6WebAccess.html When WebLogic Domain Is Extended With Oracle JRF

Information in this document applies to any platform.
Using P6 configured with WebLogic 11g, the following errors occur at random within the P6 application:
- Random applet loading fails with the following error logged to the WebLogic server log files: P6DBEngine.executeUpdateBOClob: SQL string is not a DML Statement
- Data inserts, updates or deletes fail to be committed to the database when selecting 'Save'. The following error is thrown to the console output: P6DBEngine.executeUpdateBOClob: SQL string is not a DML Statement
- Logging is no longer outputted to the Web Access HTML log files.
