ISSUE:

RDC Onsite Date Entry fails with the following error: "XMLHttp request failed: 7183646584 (Servlet error: SQL Exception. Unable to proceed further.)."  when trying to enter a value in a question based on a DVG.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
-----------------------------
* Connect to RDC Onsite
* Open the DCI
* Click to see the list of values for the DVG


In delog0.log the following error is reported:
