12.1.3.x in Test
PROBLEM
-------------
Forecast consumption is not happening in the plan.
We have tried several setting changes
run with 32 bit planning
run with 64 bit planning
run with 64 bit planning and 64 bit snapshot
Explode forecast and spread forecast.
Forecast is weekly and has forward and backward days defined as 60 days
-- all records in msc_forecast_updates show OVERCONSUMPTION
We tested daily forecast with same 60-forward and backward days and it works....
Not able to reproduce internally, it works fine with both weekly and daily forecasts.
