Purpose
While running the pin_setup script during installation of BRM, we encountered the below error:
pin.conf is generated under /pinhome/pin/opt/portal/7.5/sys/dm_oracle/pin.conf
dm_oracle: Configuring database
Execute SQL statement from file /pinhome/pin/opt/portal/7.5/sys/dm_oracle/data/create_dd_UTF8.source
Loading objects from file
pcmdd: bad connect for test.com, errno 111
