In Oracle Financial Services Profitability Analytics (PFTBI), when you open the standard PFTBI Dashboards and select a Reporting Currency, all balances in the report are 0.00.  For example, if you select the Account Level Profitability > Current tab and set Reporting Currency = "US Dollar", the "Value (K)" and  "Avg per Acct (K)" columns under "Monthly Breakdown" contain all 0.00 balances even though accounts exist for this reporting currency.  You expect to see the account balances converted to US Dollar amounts.  If you select the base currency, balances are displayed correctly.

Steps to Reproduce:
  1. Log into the Profitability Analytics Dashboard
  2. Go to Account Level Profitability > Current
  3. Set Reporting Currency = US Dollar
The balances are all 0.00.
