Symptoms

In Oracle Financial Services Profitability Management (PFT) 5.6, when you run a Ledger Stat Allocation that uses a Static Table Driver, the debit is calculated correctly but the credit is not calculated.  The credit output value is wrong.

In the example below, the Debit output uses the <Same As Table> macro on Organizational Unit while the Credit Output has <Same As Source> for all dimensions.

Example:

Input Record:

CONSOLIDATION_CD
FINANCIAL_ELEM_ID
ORG_UNIT_ID
MONTH_08
IDENTITY_CODE
100
20039
100
100
-99

The Static Table Driver matches on Org Unit ID, multiplies by 0.75, and outputs the result to a new Org Unit (200).

Output:

CONSOLIDATION_CD
FINANCIAL_ELEM_ID
ORG_UNIT_ID
MONTH_08
IDENTITY_CODE
100
60038
200
75
11466 (Debit)
100
60038
100
-100
11466 (Credit)

You expect the Credit value to be -75 to offset the balance allocated to the other Org Unit.  "75" should be moved to Org Unit 200 and subtracted from Org Unit 100.

You have applied 1-off PFT Patch 13116652 "PROCESSING ERROR DISPLAYED FOR STATIC DRIVER AND DYNAMIC DRIVER ALLOCATIONS".

Steps to Reproduce:
  1. Go to Profitability Management
  2. Go to Rule Specification > Static Table Driver
  3. Create a Static Table Driver with a Key of one Org Unit and a Target of another Org Unit
  4. Go to Rule Specification > Allocation Specification
  5. Create and run a Static Table Driver Allocation
The value output to the Credit side is incorrect.
