Goal


The text description displayed in the Bill/Payment Tree for each bill is different when text color is changed.
The Bill Information Base Algorithm cobol program CIPBBIFX, appends the html string <FONT color=red> in order to display a different colored text.
Because of this, the description is concatenated to fit the allowable characters for the BILL_INFO field (149 characters).

Is there a way to add the HyperText Markup Language (HTML) string BEFORE concatenating the bill information string so that the displayed information will be the same regardless of the font color?
