Unable to Save Tab Display Configuration on Upgraded Environment with ORA-01438 Error in Application Server Log (Doc ID 1392745.1)

Symptoms

Tab Display Configuration is not created with below error in Agile Application Server log:

Error
<ActionServlet:ERROR> source exception
ORA-01438: value larger than specified precision allowed for this column



Steps
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Log in to Web Client
  2. Tool & Setting => Administration => Tab Display Configuration => Create New
  3. Now select the following
    Name ==> Test
    Tab Configuration => ECO
    Hidden Tabs ==> Relationships
    Assign To ==> Any one
    Click Add
  4. Tab is not created and Agile Application Server log has above error
