The Restriction For Backdated Product Purchase And Cancellation (Doc ID 1392762.1)

BRM 7.4 has put some restrictions related to product purchase & cancellation which is creating problems.

From  BRM Documentation -> Managing Customer Accounts -> Managing customers ->
Managing customers’ services and products -> About backdated product, discount, or deal cancellation, we can see the following details...

BRM does not allow you to backdate the product, discount, or deal cancellation if:

•The backdated cancellation date is prior to the G/L posting date.
•The backdated cancellation date is prior to the product or discount’s effective date.
•The backdated cancellation date is prior to the date of the last status change of the account or service.

The expectation:
We don't want this rules to be applied.
