Pricing Center Plan Display Issue For /Service/Telco (Doc ID 1392927.1)

Symptoms

On : 7.4.0.0.0 version PS8, PricingCenter

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
----------------------------
Created a Plan With Options that has subscription group at /service/telco and having 2 deals (for /service/telco). Committed the plan OK. But, after restarted the Pricing Center, the service (Subscription Group) and the deals under it are not visible in the plan.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
--------------------------------
The Subscription Group and the deal under it should be displayed after Pricing Center restart.

Steps to Reproduce
---------------------------
The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1.  Create 2 deals for /service/telco service
2.  Create a Plan with Options.
     a. In Deal (Service Level), add New Subscription Group with /service/telco service.
     b. Add the Deals created in Step 1 to this Subscription Group.
3.  Commit to Database.
4.  Restart the Pricing Center.
5.  Search for the Plan created in Step 2.
     The plan is visible but the Subscription Group and the Deals under it are not visible in the Pricing Center.
