All the tabs in Returns Management(RM) application are not displayed if Returns Management database is restarted. Upon login, the following error is logged:
Steps to Reproduce:
- Shut down the Returns Management Database
- Leave the Returns Management application up and running.
- Restart the Returns Management DB
- Log in to Returns Management
- User will be shown only 2 tabs "Home" and "Admin" instead of the usual 5 tabs and an Oracle Logo
