All Tabs in Returns Management Application Are Not Displayed When Returns Management Database Is Restarted (Doc ID 1393138.1)

Symptoms

All the tabs in Returns Management(RM) application are not displayed if Returns Management database is restarted.  Upon login, the following error is logged:

 

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Shut down the Returns Management Database
  2. Leave the Returns Management application up and running.
  3. Restart the Returns Management DB
  4. Log in to Returns Management
  5. User will be shown only 2 tabs "Home" and "Admin" instead of the usual 5 tabs and an Oracle Logo
