Symptoms

C1-SYNIL can be run with filter or eligibility scripts.  Filter scripts are used to limit the result set that the job will process.  It has been found that certain structures in a Filter script can cause C1-SYNIL to create more than one sync request record for each MO instance.

The following Filter script structure is one such example:

move 'where phyTable.RETIRE_DT is null ' to $queryCriteria;
move "concat($queryCriteria, ' or phyTable.RETIRE_DT > sysdate-365')" to $queryCriteria;
move "$queryCriteria" to "parm/userFilterCriteria";
