Auto Generated Letters are Sending to Email Address That Is Not The Preferred (Doc ID 1393358.1)

Sometimes correspondence is not sent to the 'preferred' address; the correspondence mode, email for example,  is correct but the actual address is not.   This is an issue because some agents are not getting their email letters at their preferred addresses.
