Customer Center Display Issue Under The 'Plan' Tab (Doc ID 1393457.1)

Symptoms

While trying to create a customer with a plan which has a single deal at /service/telco level, product is also displayed as discount under the PLAN tab of Customer Center. The deal actually has both a product and discount.

This issue is experienced in PatchSet 8 but could also exist in later PatchSets.
