Information in this document applies to any platform.
If no callInitiationErrorHandlingRule is defined in the domain, OCSB sends ResetTimer messages instead of immediately sending a releaseCall.
If the configuration rule is set as follows:
It seems to only match some of the calls: Some of the calls receive a ReleaseCall immediately and some receives ResetTimer after several seconds and a ReleaseCall afterwards.
