ERT Updates From StormMan Causes Performance Lag

The automatic recalculation and update of ERTs(Estimated Restore Time)/ETRs generated by Stormman results in a performance lag that can last for several minutes. Depending upon the number of OrderModify_T5s that are created and sent to mobile, this can result in a delay in handling updates that have a higher priority. The recalculated ERT updates also have no value to the mobile crews and need not be sent as a separate order update.
Can the processing of the ERT updates be controlled to either send them or not send them to the mobile system?
