DBCA Fails with Database Template of RMS on DB 11.2.0.2 (Doc ID 1395745.1)

Symptoms

You are installing Oracle Retail Merchandising System (RMS) 13.2.3 on Oracle Database 11.2.0.2.0.
But, while creating the database using the Dbca with the template provided in RMS Source dump, it is failing with errors:


Steps to Reproduce
1. Install Database 11.2.0.2.0 with the "software only" option.
2. Apply the necessary patches as mentioned in the installation document.
3. Create the DBCA with Template provided. It fails as noted.
