Central Office Add Customer Screen Not Showing New Country/State List; Servlet Error Occurs (Doc ID 1396967.1)

Symptoms

After adding a new country list including Saudi Arabia, the state list is not getting reflected on the Add Customer screen in Central Office.

Steps to Reproduce:

{OAS_Install_Dir}\orco-inst\applications\CentralOffice\centraloffice\WEB-INF\classes

1. Modify'ApplicationResources_en.properties' to add new country/state details.

2. Replace the modified file.
3. Bounce the Central Office instance.
4. Go to the Add Customer screen and select the new country added above.
5. Select the States LOV drop down.
6. The following error occurs:
