MWM KPIs Not Showing Any Calculation for Various System Alerts (Doc ID 1396983.1)

Symptoms

The KPI for the following situations are displaying a "0" when they should be reflecting the actual instances of the situation:

- Task In Jeopardy
- Crew Idle
- Crew Cleared
- Crew Disconnected
- Crew Overtime
- Emergency in Jeopardy
- Missed Emergency


Batch jobs M1-ATMTR and M1-ALMT are not completing and are staying in a "started" status.
As a result, no Alerts are being generated for these KPI situations and no values are displayed for these KPIs.
