Symptoms

When clicking on Cancel Checkout, the following error occurs.

The version is in use and cannot be cancelled.

Engineer experienced failure during save operation in Engineering Collaboration (EC) and was subsequently unable to cancel the checkout operation performed by EC during the crash.
