Goal

The /profile/acct_extrating is not deleted by opcode PCM_OP_SUBSCRIPTION_PROVISION_ERA.

Scenario:

  1.  Create a Account.
  2.  Create a product with this tag.
  3.  Purchase the product.
  4.  Cancel the product.

The problem is that PROVISION_ERA is not calling DELETE_PROFILE with flag 1, in case of /profile/acct_extrating.
