MetaSolv ASR crashing with Error 6 when Verifying Trunk Group Information (Doc ID 1397931.1)

Symptoms


MSS is crashing when user is providing trunk verification information for a particular ASR order.

1-Open an ASR and then  open the Trunk Group Information window - Click OK

2- MSS crashes with Error 6 and then displays Error 2

Problem is the same if  a user opens the Trunk Group using the Trunk Group Search window.



Error messages:

-  Error Number 6
     Error text = Invalid DataWindow row/column specified.
    Window/Menu/Object = w_trunk_group_response_maint.
    Window/Menu/Object = cb_ok.
    Script = clicked.
     Line in Script = 22

-  Error Number 2
    Error text = Null object reference.
    Window/Menu/Object = w_trunk_group_response_maint.
    Error Object/Control = cb_ok.
    Script = clicked.
    Line in Script = 24.
