When attempting to perform attachment operations in Java Client, the following error occurs:

File Server is down. Please make sure the "File Server" is correctly set in the "Server Settings -> Locations" of Power Client.

If you log into Java Client as another user on the same client machine it does not resolve the problem.

When connecting the Java Client to another environment it fails with the same error.
